Here is a lick taken from the end of the 2nd solo of the song Sultans Of Swing.
It begins at 05.18.
If you donґt use a pick when playing (true Knopfler fans donґt), then check this:
TIP!
Hold your pointing finger as a little Barrй over 1st and 2nd string at 10th fret, and use
your right thumb and pointing finger (or index finger) to alternate between the strings.

As usual this TAB isnґt exactly accurate, if you listen to the orginial recording, you
will hear that Mark sometimes skips or mutes some of the notes.
I Know some people play it like this, using hammer onґs and pull offґs on the first string:

Itґs easier to play it real fast this way, but it is however NOT correct (?), it just donґt sound very good, and itґs not the way Mark Knopfler plays it :-)
